Klopp's departure raises doubts about Mohamed Salah's continuity with Liverpool
The uncertainty surrounding the fate of Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, winger for English club Liverpool, increases following the decision of German manager Jurgen Klopp to depart from Liverpool.
Klopp announced his decision to leave Liverpool and step down as the team's manager at the end of the current season.

Previously, Klopp had signed a contract with Liverpool until 2026, and shortly thereafter, Salah signed a new contract until 2025, shortly after Klopp extended his stay at Anfield.
At that time, Klopp affirmed that "Mohamed Salah's best years are yet to come" when Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool.
The British newspaper "Mirror" reported that Klopp was an integral part of keeping Mohamed Salah at Liverpool when rumors began circulating that he might seek a new club in the summer.
The report indicated that Klopp's departure would raise new doubts about whether Salah would remain with Liverpool, especially with offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Mohamed Salah received an offer from Saudi club Al-Ittihad, but Liverpool refused to let go of their Egyptian player and insisted on his continuity.
Mohamed Salah is currently in Liverpool recovering from an injury sustained while with the Egyptian national team during the Africa Cup of Nations held in Ivory Coast.
If Salah recovers in time and Egypt continues in the African tournament, the Egyptian will return to participate with the national team in the Africa Cup of Nations.
