Liverpool defender warns Real Madrid of Mohamed Salah, Mane and Firmino
Former Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno warned Real Madrid before the two teams' match tomorrow, Tuesday, in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
Liverpool will be a guest at the "Alfredo Di Stefano" stadium at nine o'clock in the evening, "Cairo" time, under the leadership of the German international referee, Felix Berich.
Moreno spoke about his opinion of the Liverpool season before the match in his interview with the Spanish News Agency, and said: "The team suffered from many injuries, which lost important players that affected the results in the English Premier League."
He continued: "But Liverpool remains Liverpool who can only confuse you in five minutes. He has very important players in attacks, such as Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firmino, so I think we will see a great match."
And when asked if Mohamed Salah is right that they have confidence in winning after winning the Champions League in 2019, which will help them against Real Madrid, he replied: "Yes, of course, there is special confidence that we won the title after losing the final the previous year."
He added: "Liverpool is a very strong team in Europe, and no team wants to face it. I have lived the atmosphere from the inside and know very well how things are going there, and it is no wonder what he has reached over the past years."
