What did Klopp say after Liverpool hat-trick against Arsenal?
Liverpool coach Juergen Klopp has confirmed that he does not care about the results of other teams, despite the importance of their loss given the position of the Premier League holders at the moment.
Klopp's comments came after Liverpool beat Arsenal tonight by 3-0 in the 30th round of the English Premier League at the Emirates Stadium.
Today witnessed a humiliating loss for Chelsea at the hands of West Bromwich Albion, with five goals to two in the same round.
Liverpool is currently in fifth place with 49 points, beating West Ham with goals, and fourth-placed Chelsea with 51 points.
- "We are not looking at Chelsea or West Ham or anything else, because we have to win our matches," Klopp said in statements published by the BBC.
- He added, "But in our situation, the other teams should lose because we will not face Chelsea or Leicester City again this season."
- He concluded, "We must continue to work hard, and this is what we are doing, and we will see where we will finish after that."
