Werner, Chelsea's weapon, to settle Haaland's deal from Borussia Dortmund
English press reports revealed that Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel plans to introduce one of his players to persuade Borussia Dortmund to agree to Erling Haaland's departure to the London club.
Chelsea is one of the contenders for Haaland's inclusion in the next summer transfer season, along with other clubs such as Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and others.
Borussia Dortmund's management has set 180 million euros to agree to sell Haaland at the end of the current season.
According to the English newspaper "The Sun", Tuchel is very much looking forward to winning Haaland's services and moving him to Chelsea next summer.
She explained that Tochel is ready to include Chelsea player Timo Werner in a swap deal with Borussia Dortmund, as well as a sum of money to successfully settle Haaland's deal.
Werner failed to prove himself at Stamford Bridge to the required degree, which led to his association with the move to leave.
Despite Tochel's support for Werner in front of the media, his patience is running out.
She indicated that Tochel spoke with Chelsea President Roman Abramovich to discuss the idea of abandoning Werner in favor of Dortmund for Haaland.
And she reported that if Ibrahimovic agrees with the aforementioned idea, Chelsea will need to persuade Werner to step back to the Bundesliga, which is not easy.
