The Liverpool legend: for 5 reasons .. It will not surprise me that Mohamed Salah’s departure at the end of the season!
Liverpool legend John Aldridge commented on the crisis of the first football team striker, Mohamed Salah, with his coach, Juergen Klopp, after his dissatisfaction with his substitution in the Premier League match between Chelsea.
In recent days, the European press linked Mohamed Salah's reaction to the possibility of his departure at the end of the current season, especially after the tweet of his agent, Rami Abbas, on Twitter, in which he wrote only a point that sparked controversy about the Egyptian international future.
Aldridge wrote his opinion on the crisis through the "Sunday World" newspaper, saying: "It was difficult to explain Klopp's decision to replace Mohamed Salah half an hour before the end of the Chelsea match last Thursday evening, but everything was not logical in Liverpool during the past two months."
He continued: "Klopp's decision resulted in not avoiding the fifth consecutive defeat at Anfield, and he has to repeat his calculations again, especially in the slowness suffered by the team until the ball reaches one of the attackers who can form the danger on the opponent's goal."
He added: "I never imagined that I would see the day when Liverpool lost 5 games in a row at home (before the sixth yesterday against Fulham), but it has become a record in the history of Liverpool now."
And he continued his statements: "The level of Sadio Mane was also very bad, but Klopp took out Mohamed Salah, and indeed it was a decision that sparked a lot of controversy about his future with Liverpool."
And he continued: "Mohamed Salah went out to talk through a Spanish newspaper about the possibility of leaving to Barcelona or Real Madrid, followed by the appearance of his colleague (Mohamed Abu Trika) on television, saying that his friend was not happy in Liverpool, this is a wake-up call for everyone."
He continued: "Mohamed Salah's silent goal celebrations, Klopp's decision to replace him in some matches, his agent's mysterious tweet and after all these things, it would not be surprising if he departs next summer."
And he concluded his remarks: "Liverpool does not have enough money to use it to join good deals, and this is what we saw last January, so they may need to sell one of their stars so that they can buy before the new season."
