Samsung announces the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72, and after the new Galaxy A series began offering low-end phones, such as the Galaxy A32 and even Galaxy A02, it is now time to move to the mid-range phones.
Galaxy A52:
It has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED flat screen with 1080p + resolution and a high 90Hz refresh rate for the 4G version and 120Hz in the 5G version.
And in high brightness mode, this screen can reach 800 nits of brightness to improve visibility even in bright sunlight.
And the screen is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5, and the rest of the phone has an additional protection to obtain a rating of IP67.
The phone features a quad-camera with a 64MP main lens that supports OIS and Tetra-Binning technology - Samsung's name for Quad Bayer technology.
There is a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens with a 123-degree field of view in addition to a 5MP macro lens and a 5MP depth sensor.
The Galaxy A52 contains a 4500 mAh battery, and comes with a 15-watt charger in the box, and the phone supports a 25-watt charger.
And the 4G version gets the Snapdragon 720G chipset, while the 5G version gets the Snapdragon 750G instead.
And if you choose the 4G version, you get 4, 6 and 8 GB of RAM, while you can choose between 6 or 8 GB for the 5G version.
Either way, the primary storage capacity is 128GB and can be expanded to 256GB if you like, but bear in mind that there is a microSD slot available if you don't need fast storage.
The Galaxy A52 works with the One UI 3.1 user interface based on Android 11, and the 32-megapixel front camera can be used to unlock the face, or you can use the built-in fingerprint reader under the screen instead.
The phone has a 3.5 mm headphone port and Dolby Atmos-supported stereo speakers, including Dolby Atmos gaming mode.
Galaxy A52 will soon be available in black, purple, white and blue colors, the price of the 4G version starts at 350 euros, while the 5G version starts at 430 euros.
Galaxy A72:
It has a Super AMOLED flat screen measuring 6.7 inches, with a resolution of + 1080p, and a high refresh rate of 90 Hz.
And in high brightness mode, this screen can reach 800 nits of brightness to improve visibility even in bright sunlight.
There is an integrated fingerprint reader under the screen in addition to a 32MP front camera.

There is a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens with a 123-degree field of view in addition to a 5MP macro lens and a 3x 8MP telephoto lens.
The phone gets an IP67 rating, and there is a 5000 mAh battery that supports 25-watt fast charging.
Galaxy A72 is available soon at a price of 450 euros for a 6/128 GB version, and there is also an 8/256 GB version.
