Reports: Galatasaray aims to sign a Liverpool player
Press reports revealed that Turkish club Galatasaray is looking to sign a Liverpool player in the upcoming summer transfer season.
According to the Turkish newspaper "A Spor", Liverpool defender Costas Tsimikas is wanted by Galatasaray in the upcoming summer transfer period.
The Greek player had moved to Liverpool from Olympiacos last summer.
Tsimikas was sidelined under coach Juergen Klopp, playing only 135 minutes.
The newspaper reported that Galatasaray aims to annex Tsimikas at the end of the current season, on loan.
She indicated that, despite the absence of an official offer, Tsimikas has no desire to leave Liverpool, despite his limited participation.
