Liverpool pledges to Klopp to keep Mohamed Salah and prevent him from leaving
Press reports have confirmed that Liverpool FC intends to do its best to keep star Mohamed Salah in the team's ranks during the next season.
The Egyptian player's current contract with Liverpool is scheduled to end in the summer of 2023.
The future of Mohamed Salah has turned into rich material for press reports, since his interview with the Spanish newspaper "AS", last December.
Salah left the door to leaving Liverpool open, hinting at the possibility of his transfer to Barcelona or Real Madrid.
Speculation intensified about Salah's future at Anfield, after his agent Rami Abbas reacted to his substitution against Chelsea on Thursday before last.
Liverpool lost an unanswered goal against Chelsea, and despite the defending champion, Klopp decided to replace Salah in the 62nd minute, which angered his agent, who posted a tweet on Twitter, which was only a point, to raise speculation about the future of Al-Masry.
In light of all this, the British newspaper "Sunday World" reported that Liverpool officials pledged to Klopp to do everything in their power to preserve Mohamed Salah.
She pointed out that despite Salah's continued association with the move to leave Liverpool, the club's management assured the German coach that they would spare no effort to keep him at Anfield.
In return, Liverpool Club officials informed the club that they would be open to special offers for Joel Matip, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, Xherdan Shaqiri and Devoc Origi.
Liverpool also intends to give the necessary funds to Klopp to rebuild his squad next summer, after poor results in the English Premier League this season, even if the team's stars remain and do not leave.
For his part, Klopp assured Liverpool officials of his commitment to the challenge of getting his team back on the right track next season, after recent speculation about his future.
Klopp, who has a contract valid until 2024, was linked with a move to leave Liverpool and coach the German national team, after coach Joachim Loew decided to leave after the Euro next summer.
But Klopp has stated that he intends to stay with Liverpool until the end of his contract, and that he has no intention of terminating him.
