Insta360 Go 2 ... a thumb-sized camera for unobstructed photography
Insta360 today launched GO 2, which is the successor to the original Go camera, which is a wearable camera, action camera and vlog camera in a single camera that weighs just 27g.

The company says: This device can do what no other camera can do, and is to take pictures and videos without any hindrance.
Most action cameras use adhesive mounts, clips and pads for stabilization, which is what the Insta360 Go also provides.
It also has its own grip for recording video, along with the magnetic back, which means you can secure it via a clip in a helmet, clothing, or a magnetic pad.
The GO 2 camera can be attached and used in a number of ways, as the box contains a pivot stand for placing it on the desk or table or sticking to a flat surface, with a magnetic pendant and a clamp that is easy to attach to clothes.
And there is a holster that comes with the Insta360 Go 2, which also functions as a charging case, vlogging grip, and mini tripod.
The case includes a tripod socket and a small screen to control the camera when installed.
Bluetooth connectivity means you can detach the Go 2 from the holster and use the holster as a remote control over distances of up to 10 meters.
Inside the Insta360 Go 2, there is a 1 / 2.3-inch sensor the same size as other action cameras and phone cameras.
This sensor is located behind an ultra-wide 11.24mm f / 2.2 lens with a 120-degree field of view.
Although the sensor does not shoot 4K video, it can capture video at 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The camera also has the Insta360's FlowState image stabilization and a hex-axis stabilizer, which likely uses a large portion of the sensor to digitally adjust vibration using horizon leveling algorithms.
And if you want to roam at sea, the Go 2 is equipped with IPX8 water resistance for use at depths of up to 4 meters.
It includes UltraWide, ActionView, HDR, Hyperlapse, Timelapse, and 1/4 super slow motion shooting modes.
Insta360's AI FlashCut 2.0 feature in the companion mobile app automatically modifies your clips into a movie with music.
Instead of an electronic viewfinder, the companion app allows you to preview your shots in real time via a wireless network connection and adjust shooting settings.
The camera uses INSP - Insta360's 360-degree photo format - or DNG for still photos and MP4 video recording.
Go 2 features a 30-minute video recording time with an additional 150 minutes of charging case.
The camera is now available and costs $ 300, and comes with a charging case, a magnetic necklace, a clip, a pivot mount, and a replaceable lens hood.
