How to create and customize a signature for Gmail emails
Creating a signature for email messages - which is a text that appears at the end of messages - is extremely necessary especially if you are communicating professionally, as it provides the recipients of your messages with important and vital information about you, such as job title, additional contact information, your full name, and anything else you choose to include in Signature.
If you use the Gmail application, in particular, you can create multiple e-mail signatures, such as a custom signature for business messages, and another signature for personal messages, with a choice of when they appear in the footer of each message.

How to create and customize a signature for email messages in Gmail
1- Create a Gmail signature using a desktop browser
- Log in to your Gmail mail via a web browser.
- On the main screen, tap the Settings icon - the gear icon - in the top right of the screen. From the menu that appears, click on the See all settings link.
- In the new window that appears to you, click on the General (General) tab.
- Under the Signature section below, click on the Create New option.
- Type a name for your signature in the pop-up window, then click on the option (Create) Create.
- Your signature name will be added, and you can modify it by clicking on the pen icon, or the trash icon to delete it.
- In the empty box on the right, type your full name and customize it, such as resize, color, and type of font, add a selfie, and link your social media accounts.
- Under the Signature defaults option below, you'll see two options for using the signature so you can add the list at the bottom of each option to select the signatures used for each category.
2- Create a signature through the Gmail mobile application
- Open the Gmail app on your Android or iPhone phone.
- Click the three lines on the top left of the screen.
- From the menu that appears, press the Settings option.
- Select the email account for which you want to create a signature.
- Under the General section, click on the “Signature settings” option for iPhone users, or the “Mobile Signature” option for Android users.
- Type your full name in the signature box, then press OK.
Note: If you are using an iPhone, make sure to toggle the button next to the (Mobile Signature) option to On.
