Shock for Liverpool | Henderson miss until the end of the season
British media reports have confirmed that Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson will be absent for several weeks, after the injury he suffered during the 2-0 loss to Everton.
According to information from the British newspaper, The Times, Henderson suffers from a thigh injury, and will be absent for several weeks from the team.
The newspaper added that there are doubts about Henderson's presence with the England national team at the end of next month, to face Poland, San Marino and Albania, in the World Cup qualifiers.
The newspaper pointed out that the absence of Henderson would be a strong blow to the coach Klopp in light of the injuries suffered by the team, most notably Van Dyck, Gomez, Matip, Fabinho, Milner and Keita.
The newspaper mentioned that Klopp has only 3 defenders, namely Ozan Kabak, Ben Davis, and Phillips, and the German coach may use the young players to compensate for absences.
Liverpool suffers from the absence of a large number of injuries, most notably Van Dyck and Gomez in defense, in addition to Joel Matip, Gotha and Naby Keita.
