Samsung announces the Galaxy A32 4G phone
Samsung launched the Galaxy A32 5G earlier this year, and has now offered an alternative version for the LTE markets only, and the phone is called Galaxy A32 4G, which is on sale in Russia.
The differences between the two go beyond network support - the biggest change is the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset that replaces MediaTek Dimensity 720 5G, but there's also a new screen, an improved main camera, and a better front camera.
The Galaxy A32 4G contains a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy A32 5G includes an LCD screen with a 60 Hz refresh rate and lower resolution.
The front camera, located in the extrusion, comes with a 20-megapixel sensor and f / 2.2 lens instead of 13 megapixels, but there is no auto focus.
Under the screen there is a fingerprint scanner, while the capacitive sensor is installed on the side within the A32 5G, and the screen is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5.
The processor includes 8 cores, including two 2 GHz cores and 6 1.8 GHz cores, and there are four cameras on the back with prominent lenses.
The Galaxy A32 brings a 64-megapixel main camera with f / 1.8 lens slot versus 48-megapixel resolution for the 5G version, while the other three remain the same - one ultra-wide at 8 megapixels and two at 5 megapixels for depth and macro.
The phone works with a 5000 mAh battery with a fast charging capacity of 15 watts through the USB-C port, along with the One UI 3.1 user interface operating with the Android 11 operating system.
The Galaxy A32 has 4, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of storage, but Samsung says: The available RAM may vary by country.
The phone is sold in Russia at 19,990 Russian rubles ($ 268) for the 4/64 GB version and 21,990 Russian rubles ($ 295) for the 4/128 GB version.
