Manchester United gives Bailey a deadline
Manchester United seeks to renew the contract of Ivorian defender Eric Bailey, no later than next summer.
The United defender's contract expires next summer, but Manchester has made the extension clause for another season.
And according to the British newspaper "Daily Mail", Manchester United is currently negotiating with Bailey to renew for another 3 seasons.
She indicated that Manchester United had given Bayley a deadline to think about the new contract until next summer, and if he did not agree to sign, the English club would be forced to sell it, so that he would not leave for free after a year.
The British newspaper stated that although Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, United coach, admired Bailey’s abilities, the coach is looking for a new defender to participate, mainly alongside Harry Maguire.
She mentioned that the options available to Manchester United are Jules Conde (Seville), Ibrahima Konate (Leipzig) and Ben White (Brighton).
Leicester star at the Manchester United and Liverpool table
Manchester United and Liverpool are seeking the services of one of the distinguished players in the ranks of Leicester City this coming summer.
According to the British newspaper "Mirror", the brilliance of Harvey Barnes, Leicester's star, in the recent period attracted the attention of Manchester United and Liverpool officials to a possible deal.
This season, Barnes scored 13 goals for Leicester, as well as 4 assists in all competitions.
The newspaper pointed out that Leicester began negotiations with Barnes immediately, in order to sign a new contract with a high salary, to protect him from the temptations of senior premierships.
She explained that Barnes's contract with Leicester ends in the summer of 2024, but the player is paid very little and does not match the big role he plays this season with the Foxes.
