Manchester City lead the Premier League by three against Everton
Manchester City expanded the point difference between it and its closest competitors to 10 points after beating Everton 3-1 in the postponed match of the 16th round of the English Premier League, which was held at Goodison Park.
Phil Foden opened the scoring for Manchester City in the 32nd minute before Richarlson quickly equaled the score in the 38th minute, and in the second half, Riyad Mahrez scored in the 63rd minute and Bernardo Silva in the 77th minute, to settle the match.
Manchester City raised its score to 56 points in the lead alone from 24 games, 10 points behind both Manchester United and Leicester, while Everton froze at 37 points in seventh place from 23 games they played.
With this, Manchester City achieved its 17th successive victory in various competitions and the 12th in a row in the English Premier League.
Manchester City's last slump was after the draw against West Bromwich in mid-December.
Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City coach, made a number of rotations between the players, with Riyad Mahrez mainly participating, while Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero were on the bench.
Manchester City dominated the first half completely, until possession of the ball reached 78% for the heavenly team in the first 25 minutes.
Phil Foden translated his team's control into a goal after a powerful sentence in the 32nd minute, with a powerful shot that deceived Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and scored the first goal.
But after less than 6 minutes, Everton managed to equalize through Richarlson, who hit the ball after hitting the crossbar to land Ederson.
In the second half, Manchester City tried to advance in the score early, but the team's players missed a number of opportunities, most notably Gabriel Jesus' shot above Beckford's bar in the 55th minute.
Riyad Mahrez scored the lead with a superb left-foot shot in the 63rd minute, which hit Beckford's right post and hit the net.
Bernardo Silva killed the match in the 77th minute with a third goal from a powerful shot that secures the three game points.
Manchester City will visit Arsenal on Sunday in the 25th round of the English Premier League, while Everton will play on Saturday against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.
