Ferdinand: Liverpool needs offensive deals despite the presence of Mohamed Salah
Manchester United defense legend Rio Ferdinand believes that Liverpool needs some new deals, especially in the offensive line in Mercato next summer.
Liverpool is suffering in the Premier League this season, where the team ranks sixth with 40 points, and has lost in the last 4 matches in the domestic championship.
Ferdinand clarified his point of view in statements on his channel on the famous video site "YouTube", and said:
"Do not forget, Liverpool had an attacking trio whose mission is to shake the net of opponents, which was already happening last season and before."
He continued:
"It is completely different this season, although Mohamed Salah is the top scorer in the English Premier League, but a player like Firmino cannot score."
Finally, he added:
"So it is completely different. You have to restructure the team for new deals that can contribute to the return of Liverpool to the right path."
