Linksys introduced a mesh system with WiFi 6E at CES 2021, where the AXE8400 comes with a 3000-square-foot advantage.
Linksys joins companies developing routers with WiFi 6E technology, as the company offers the Linksys AXE8400 device in three bands of 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz.
Linksys confirms that each Linksys AXE8400 router will support coverage of 3000 feet, and the device also includes a 5Gbps WAN port, a USB 3.0 port, and 4 Gigabit LAN ports.
The mesh system, which includes more than one unit from the Linksys AXE8400 router, can support the connection of 65 devices. The router settings can also be configured via the AXE8400 app, and it also supports working with other Linksys devices.
The router also supports Networking Pro 1210 with a speed of up to 8.4 gigabits per second, and fast response with reduced transmission time in virtual reality technology.
The AXE8400 is scheduled to be available in the US market starting in the spring or summer of this year at a price of $ 450, and the system consisting of two units comes at a price of $ 850, while the system consisting of three units starts at $ 1,200.
