How to recover your Facebook password

3- Enter your email address, phone number, full name or your username. Then select Search.

4- If you entered an email address or phone number and Facebook finds a match, select how you want to receive a code
Reset your password, then select Continue. If you have registered a phone number and email with Facebook,

5- If you enter a name in the search field, Facebook will show you the matching search results. Select This is my account if I see your profile picture

6- If you have selected your account, choose the way you want to receive the password reset code, then select Continue.
8- If you find your account and choose a way to receive your reset code, enter the security code that you received and select Continue.
Enter a new password and select Continue. You have successfully changed your password.
